Kids and Family Early Intervention Agency in Philadelphia is seeking a Special Instructor to provide targeted teaching services in children’s homes or daycares. You will design your own caseload, choose hours and locations, and collaborate with families to implement evidence-based strategies that support growth and learning.

The role emphasizes independence, strong communication, and the ability to empower families through cognitive and behavior-based interventions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in special education (preferred).
• Teaching certification (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in home or daycare settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design your own caseload, choosing how many hours and which locations you would like to work at
• Provide cognitive and behavior-based teaching services to children with diverse needs
