Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in the home and community settings in Spring Valley. PRN positions are available, servicing patients across the local area.

Therapists devise integrated treatment plans and work one-on-one with clients in familiar environments to address functional goals. Qualified candidates have a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• ASHA CCC certification required.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
