Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to lead monitoring activities across CNS and psychiatric trials. This home-based role supports sites in the Central U.S.

with occasional regional travel, ensuring data quality and patient safety throughout the trial lifecycle. You will partner with investigative sites, study teams and sponsors, oversee protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and site performance, and drive efficient study conduct from start-up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Degree with 5+ years as a traveling regional CRA.
• Experience monitoring CNS and psychiatric trials.
• Willingness to travel within the region; 8–10 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites.
• Identify and assess potential research sites to support study execution.
• Coordinate study start-up activities and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct monitoring visits: PSSVs, SIVs, IMVs and COVs.
• Train site personnel on protocol requirements and safety reporting.
• Monitor site performance and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure informed consent, safety reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with sites and study teams to drive data quality and safety.
• Support site closeout activities at trial end.
