Job summary

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in Wichita and surrounding areas. Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with shifts across days, nights, evenings, and weekends.

You will care for children and young adults with complex needs, including trachs, ventilators, and G-tubes, delivering compassionate, family-centered care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
