Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a part-time Early Intervention Physical Therapist in Berks County, PA. You will deliver pediatric physical therapy services to birth to age three clients in their natural settings, using a coaching model to empower families.

This per-visit position (5–19 hours per week) offers scheduling flexibility and potential progression to part-time or full-time, with team mentorship and access to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of experience working as a Pediatric Physical Therapist with children ages 5 years and younger.
• Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing).

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric PT services in Early Intervention settings (home, daycare, community).
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support child goals.
