Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver home-based early intervention for infants and toddlers and their families in California.

The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, benefits eligibility, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, with opportunities to work in families' homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and work with families to develop strategies to help each child reach goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, including home and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
