Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Missouri seeks compassionate LPNs and RNs to deliver expert private duty nursing at patients’ homes. You’ll build trusted relationships with children and young adults and their families, providing skilled care in a one-on-one setting.

We offer flexible shifts (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN), premium pay for overnights and weekends, hands-on training, and a supportive team focused on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required; hands-on training provided.
