Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Austin, TX seeks a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation in home settings within the Lakeway/Central-West Austin area. This role focuses on evaluation, treatment, and case management for orthopedic and higher-level neurological conditions, with autonomy and strong communication skills required.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8a–5p; full-time with competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation, treatment, case management and patient assessment of orthopedic injuries or higher level neurological conditions.
• Timely and accurate documentation using Casamba and Therapy Source.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement and patient/caregiver instruction.
