Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a growing organization dedicated to excellence in neurological rehabilitation. We provide therapy in the home and community settings for patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses.

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver truly patient-centered care in Sugar Land, TX and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
• Develop and implement patient-centered home-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patients' homes and communities.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
