Job summary

Ennoble Care in Topeka, KS is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative home-based care to chronically ill patients in the Topeka region on a part-time, pay-per-visit basis.

You will apply medical expertise under physician supervision, collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, and support patients and families with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board certified NP or PA licensed in Kansas.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to assess and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and excellent people skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Topeka.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
• Deliver patient-centered care and coordinate with families and caregivers.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust and provide compassionate care during visits.
