Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Spring Valley, CA, is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for PRN home-based positions serving clients in their homes and communities. You will develop patient-centered treatment plans and work within interdisciplinary teams to address neurological and complex orthopedic diagnoses in real-world settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with state licensure; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required
• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs
• Visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs addressed
• Adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs considered
