Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Webster, TX, and surrounding areas, with part-time opportunities available. Treatments occur in patients' homes and communities, using integrated, evidence-based approaches to address functional goals.

Qualified candidates will have an OTA license with a OT degree, preferably a Master's, and experience with neurologically related disorders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments, including upper extremity function and ADLs/IADLs.
• Address cognitive needs, perceptual skills, and adaptive equipment needs.
• In-home and community-based therapy planning and implementation.
