Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Irving, TX is seeking Physical Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available with flexible scheduling, serving the IRVING area and surrounding communities.

You'll work with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate and treat neurological impairments, and help patients regain function in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs
