The role requires a Master's in social work, psychology, or counseling and Michigan licensure (LMSW/LLP/LPC) with at least three years in child/adolescent/family mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Michigan Licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC.
• Minimum of three years child/adolescent/family mental health experience.
• Home-Based and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 8 Home-Based therapists and case managers.
• Provide family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services.
• Oversee respite services and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Assist in hiring, training, and overseeing program activities.
