Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide in-home, 1:1 nursing care to patients in their homes across our service area. This role offers consistent assignments, manageable pace, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

You will work in adult and pediatric home care with day, evening, or overnight shifts; full-time, part-time or PRN options; and access to local clinical and office support. Active LPN license and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
