Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to conduct inspections of commercial or residential properties. This part-time/occasional role offers a home-based setup with travel within your territory and flexible weekly hours.

You will perform loss-control surveys, document findings with photos, and communicate status to the team. Prior experience with inspections and driving is beneficial, and you receive on-the-job training and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Competent use of a digital camera, word processing and e-mail.
• Must live within a 30-mile radius of territory.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply manual rules and company standards to identify risks.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time and ensure timely service.
• Contact insured via phone, email and text to set appointments.
• Complete a loss-control survey identifying issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with multiple pictures after inspections.
• Update internal progress reports on survey status.
