TheraCare New Jersey seeks a Child Developmental Specialist to provide home-based early intervention for children up to 3 years old with developmental delays across New Jersey counties including Atlantic, Camden, Burlington, Bergen, Hudson, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Somerset.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related health, human service, or education field; at least one year of professional experience with children birth-3 with disabilities.
• Experience providing home-based early intervention services.
• Willingness to travel to various settings within New Jersey for service provision.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to children up to 3 years old with developmental delays in home-based settings.
• Deliver early intervention services in the home.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to advocate for children's needs.
