Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or other scientific discipline or equivalent
• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
• Advanced English
• Willingness to travel ~50%

Responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits with proper documentation
• Support development of a subject recruitment plan
• Establish regular communication and administer protocol and study training to sites
• Evaluate quality and integrity of site practices and escalate issues
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution
• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues and customers
