Human Services Association LA is looking for an In-Home Case Manager/Psychotherapist in Bell Gardens, CA. This full-time role involves delivering home-based case management and psychotherapy services to families with children aged 0-5, aiming to prevent child abuse and neglect. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, collaborating with agencies, and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and prior experience with underserved populations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' experience working with underserved populations.
• Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience working with at-risk families with children under five.

Responsabilités

• Provide home-based case management and psychotherapy services.
• Conduct home visits and develop trusting relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with DCFS and coordinate services.

Connaissances

Knowledge of Strengthening Families Protective Factors

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Knowledge of community resources

Formation

Master's degree in Social Work or related field
