Job summary

Intellistars ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Savannah, GA. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include data collection, client and family collaboration, and ongoing professional development to maintain certification. We offer opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions in a supportive,

Qualifications

Certificate in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Obtain RBT certification within 2 weeks of hire.
Ability to work with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA treatment plans in the client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and record behavioral data, including observations and assessments.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes.
Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay current with best practices in ABA.
