Job summary

Aba-Journey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, in-school, and in-clinic settings in Talking Rock, GA. Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with some college preferred.

Background checks and reliable transportation are required. Competitive pay range of $24–$30/hour with flexible shifts and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative team dedicated to client

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $30/hour

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Talking Rock, Ga
