In Home and Community Supports is a service to assist individuals in learning or maintaining adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in the home and community. Services are directed towards the individuals interests and needs. In-Home Supports include assistance with cleaning, cooking, personal hygiene skills, and many other related skills that enhance independence. Community Integration activities help develop social skills in the community and foster real relationships. Staff will also support individuals to attend social events, teach how to safely use public transportation and introduce them to new activities.
