We are seeking qualified Home Health Aides, PCAs, DSPs, and CNAs to join our PurposeCare family for meaningful, in-home support and companionship, with competitive pay and flexible schedules across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality.
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Care for the needs of clients in their homes.
• Provide companion support and caring assistance for vulnerable clients.
• Assist with personal care, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
