You will work independently, coordinating with clients and care networks to deliver high-quality improvements that enhance safety and independence. Applicants should have experience in home modifications, own tools, reliable transportation, and a professional approach to project costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed and insured to perform home modification work.
• Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects.
• Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids.
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives.
• Complete high-quality home modifications, including grab bars, walk-in showers, ramps, and widening doorways.
• Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule.
