Numotion is hiring a Home Access Laborer to perform remodeling and accessibility improvements in customers' homes. You will handle tasks such as blocking, framing, grab bar installation, and door openers, often following plans and codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year experience in general light construction.
• Understand scaled drawings and written specifications.
• Knowledge of labor requirements for construction work.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to drive to job sites in varied areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete remodeling tasks: blocking, framing, deck and doorway work.
• Review plans, determine feasibility, code compliance, labor, equipment needs.
• Ensure timely completion of projects on site.
• Plan materials, coordinate with staff, and follow procedures.
• Maintain tools, on-site safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Document work and communicate with clients and team.
