Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate in Holyoke, MA to connect with customers, offer personalized styling, and keep the store looking its best. You will guide shoppers through their journey, provide product knowledge, and help create a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with team members to deliver personalized experiences, support omnichannel shopping, and uphold brand standards while driving customer loyalty. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
