Job summary

Jewish Family and Children’s Services in San Francisco is seeking a Manovill University Fellow for the JFCS Holocaust Center for 2026-27. The fellow will support high school programs, Speakers Bureau, public and state-wide programs, outreach, and the library and archives.

Open to undergraduates or graduates with a passion for Holocaust studies, budgeting, and mission alignment. The role is part-time, hybrid, non-exempt, with a pay rate of $19.61/hr.

Qualifications

  • Mentoring and building relationships with high school students.
  • Assist in curriculum development and online educational tools.
  • Engage with Holocaust survivors and preserve their stories.
  • Support public programs and Speakers Bureau activities.
  • Maintain digital resources for the Tauber Holocaust Library and Archives.
  • Assist in planning and outreach for the California Collaborative for Holocaust and Genocide Education.
  • Research, write, or design content for social media and outreach.
  • Collaborate with other JFCS programs and departments.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required.
  • Represent the Center with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and community privacy.

Responsibilities
