Mountainside Fitness is seeking passionate Personal Trainers to join our team in Peoria, AZ. We take a holistic approach to fitness beyond just guiding movement, becoming trusted partners in clients’ wellness journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one current, nationally accredited personal training certification or a degree in an exercise-related field.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and health history.
• Guide clients through safe, effective workouts with proper technique and progression.
• Provide ongoing coaching and education on movement, exercise science, and overall fitness.
• Serve as an accountability partner — motivating, encouraging, and keeping clients on track toward their goals.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that keep clients engaged and progressing long-term.
