Qualifications

Must hold a nationally accredited personal training certification OR a degree in an exercise-related field.
Current CPR/AED certification required.
Demonstrate understanding of operation of exercise equipment.
Minimum of 20 hours per week availability.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and health history.
Guide clients through safe, effective workouts with proper technique and progression.
Provide ongoing coaching and education on movement, exercise science, and overall fitness.
Maintain accurate client records and progress tracking.
Collaborate with fellow trainers to create an exceptional member experience.
