The role focuses on outpatient therapy within a collaborative model that combines counseling, nutrition, and wellness services to support whole-person care.

You’ll work with a steady referral base, enjoy W-2 stability, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and personal trainers to empower clients on their mental health journey.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field.
• Independent Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and ethical practice.
• Strong empathy, communication, and confidentiality.
• Effective case notes and documentation skills.
• Commitment to integrated wellness approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customized outpatient therapy for individuals and groups.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations and discharge planning.
