Performance Optimal Health is hiring passionate Physical Therapists to deliver orthopedic and postoperative care within a holistic Four Pillars model. You will collaborate with elite PTs, trainers, coaches, and nutritionists, while building evidence-based care plans and documenting in the EMR.

You will have structured mentorship, CEU support, specialty certifications, and residency opportunities as you grow your career in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a DPT from an accredited program.
• Valid PT license to practice in the state.
• Experience or interest in ortho/sports rehab (OCS/SCS a plus).
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat clients with orthopedic and post-op conditions.
• Build evidence-based care plans with measurable goals.
• Document effectively in our EMR system and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate across disciplines and help mentor peers.
