This role reports to the Store Manager, requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and involves lifting up to 40 pounds, standing and moving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service including greeting and assistance.
• Help maintain store appearance per visual standards through replenishment and housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging at the register.
• Follow store policies and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
