Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support during our busy holiday period at our Santa Clara store.

You will help with customer service, store appearance, and bagging purchases while working with a dynamic team during peak times. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; you must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 40 pounds while standing and walking for long periods.

Qualifications

• You are available to work a flexible schedule to meet our needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts (e.g. Black Friday).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service including greeting and general assistance.
• Help maintain store appearance according to visual standards through replenishment and recovery and housekeeping procedures.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies and procedures and follow directives of store management.
• Other tasks as needed.
