Eskimo Joe's Clothes is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager for our Quail Springs Mall location in Oklahoma City. You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver top-tier guest experiences, and uphold brand standards during the busy holiday season.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on excellent customer service, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and store operations across multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and guest-first mindset.
• Ability to travel to make bank deposits.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Standing and walking for 8+ hours; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
