Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to join our holiday team. You will engage customers, keep merchandise organized, ensure the sales floor is stocked, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

The role emphasizes friendly communication and teamwork. You must be at least 16 years old, flexible to work day/evening/weekends, and eager to learn on-the-job tech skills. Starting pay is $11.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives, aiming for exchanges when possible
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and customer feedback
