Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive revenue through guest service, product knowledge, and welcoming store environments.

You will build relationships, present merchandise, and help maintain a clean, well–organized store. Reporting to the store leadership, you will handle opening/closing tasks, register transactions, and assist in inventory prep.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives (Sales Associates) must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, reaching, kneeling and squatting; may climb ladders and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening/closing procedures and tasks as directed by management with a guest focus.
• Locates merchandise efficiently and maintains organization.
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately at the register; handles cash and gives correct change.
• Adheres to loss prevention practices and reports potential incidents to protect company assets.
• Maintains a clean, presentable store environment and supports merchandising/window displays.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
