Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) for The Sono Collection in Norwalk, CT. You will drive revenue by delivering outstanding guest service, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Build relationships with guests to create guest loyalty.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash with care.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily sales tasks as directed.
• Support inventory preparation and stock management.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
