Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Kansas City location.

You will drive revenue through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and by maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store environment. At 18+ and with strong communication, you will assist guests, process transactions accurately, and support loss prevention while representing the Stand Out For Good values and the Altar’d State service

Qualifications

• Able to provide excellent guest service and meet sales goals.
• Able to build relationships with guests and maintain store standards.
• Proficient in cash handling and POS transactions.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
