Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and building guest loyalty.
• Communicates effectively with store management and guests; maintains a positive rapport.
• Represents the brand by adhering to dress and grooming standards.
• Performs opening/closing procedures and basic sales associate tasks with a guest-focused approach.
• Maintains store cleanliness and organizes merchandise; processes transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participates in inventory preparation and loss prevention practices.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
