Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in Franklin, TN to deliver outstanding guest service and drive store revenue.

You will share product knowledge, build guest relationships, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment in line with brand standards. Responsibilities include processing transactions accurately, assisting with inventory, and supporting opening/closing tasks.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lift up to 30 lbs).
• Strong guest service orientation and effective communication.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
