The Brand Representative works with guests to create memorable shopping experiences, shares product knowledge, and helps maintain a welcoming store environment. Reporting to Store Leadership, you’ll drive sales, build guest relationships, and represent the brand with professional appearance and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and provide guests with exceptional service.
• Build relationships and share product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained store environment.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately; handle cash.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and inventory prep.
• Represent the brand with appropriate dress and grooming.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
