Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to assist customers on the sales floor, operate the POS, replenish stock, and keep the store organized during the busy season. You’ll work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment in Naples, FL.

• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

About the Role

As a Holiday Seasonal Associate, you’ll support the store where it’s needed most-assisting customers on the sales floor, operating the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized and ready for the busiest shopping season of the year.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.


• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.


• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
