Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support store operations during the busy season. You will assist customers, handle sales on the floor and at the register, and help keep merchandise stocked and organized.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.

• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.

The anticipated pay rate for this role will be: $16.00 per hour.
