Five Below is seeking seasonal part-time sales associates for the holiday period (October through January) in Houston. You’ll greet customers, assist with product knowledge, and drive sales while keeping merchandise organized and the checkout experience seamless.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• On-the-job training provided

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and handle multiple customers efficiently
• Understand customer needs by sharing product knowledge and making recommendations
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible
