Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season, October through January, to be in the heart of the action. You will deliver outstanding customer service and help keep the store stocked for peak shopping days.

The role requires a friendly, energetic team player who can learn store procedures on the job and engage customers with product knowledge. Flexible schedules and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology or willing to learn (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing to merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to convert returns to exchanges when possible.
