Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales during the busy holiday season (October through January). The role focuses on greeting customers, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old, flexible to work day/evening/weekends, and comfortable with technology. Training is provided to help you grow with the Five Below team.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges.
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and feedback.
