Five Below is hiring part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season, October through January. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, restock merchandise, and operate the register to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

We seek candidates with strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The role offers hourly pay starting at $11.00 and requires a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• On-the-job training will teach procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing them to merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
