Responsibilities

• Greet customers to assess needs and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Describe footwear and apparel technology to help customers make informed decisions
• Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and policies regarding purchases and exchanges/returns
• Demonstrate features and benefits of footwear and apparel to maximize sales goals
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations
• Maintain store appearance by straightening, sizing, and refolding merchandise to create an exceptional shopping experience
• Assist with shipment processing and merchandising by sensoring, repricing, and stocking the floor
• Retrieve product from floor and back-stock as needed using provided equipment
