Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to support our holiday-season sales goals. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help customers find merchandise while promoting current promotions.

Responsibilities include handling checkout, restocking, and providing friendly, efficient service. This role requires a flexible schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts during October through January.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to learn on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance across multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, make recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternative solutions to convert returns to exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking, service requirements, and feedback.
• Support team and company goals through collaboration and positive teamwork.
