Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, restocking, and operating the register. The role runs October through January with a starting pay of $11.00 per hour, offering a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
• On-the-job training will teach procedures and stock processes

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance while handling multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: relay restocking and service requirements quickly.
• Support team and company goals and maintain a positive work environment.
